B L Price Co. was established in 1993. Nearly everyone involved in the construction industry within Los Angeles knows of BLP and our reputation. We feel that our reputation and work record are the most meaningful indicators of our capabilities and abilities. 

Dedicated to serving the construction industry. We have always placed a special emphasis on meeting the needs of this industry and providing our customers with a service that exceeds all expectations. 

In the early years BLP started with one dump truck working for several demolition and grading contractors at the time. One truck soon turned into another and another. Alongside the trucking BLP then moved into heavy equipment rentals. After years as a trucking broker and heavy equipment rentals for several contractors, owners and developers it seemed as the natural course would take us into our own contracting. So, over the years we have expanded and diversified from a rental company to a General Engineering Contractor, still, with the same ethics and no nonsense approach.

As Southern California has grown and the older infrastructure has decayed, the demand for our services has increased. We have met these needs by staying up to date with the latest in estimating software, GPS, newer equipment, money and resources put into our employees along with being able to combine a seamless transition of multiple in house trades to increase cost efficiency for our customers. 

Integrity and reliability are vital to project completion. We strive to get every project completed on time and within budget.  BLP has the experience, ability and owned fleet of equipment to perform no matter what jobsite conditions present themselves to us, whether known or unknown. 

The most valuable asset of our company are the people who work here. Our entire staff has a commitment to customer satisfaction and a professional approach to every phase of our work. We operate within a team framework where every individual, regardless of title, is equally as important and valuable as the next. From our field personnel to our office staff we are a team. This has enabled us to retain many of our employees that have been with us from the very early days. We also consider our customers as part of our team. The end result has been an emphasis on customer satisfaction that has reflected in our sustained growth for over 29 years.
